Payment Terms
Valid payment methods include ALL major Card providers (including AMEX) & cash only.
Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice or upon placement of an order. Payment must be made prior to any collection or delivery of any items.
We have a no refund policy regarding any items sold through our business, but if the item is substandard/ of a poor quality, we will offer replacement like-for-like items, or replacement items of a similar value with no extra cost.
Guarantees
As the trees are natural products, no guarantee is provided as how you care for the tree once it is installed will determine how long it will last.
Delivery
Delivery is not included in the price of an item; it is charged separately and must be agreed with a member of staff prior to booking confirmation. We will aim to deliver your items on the date agreed at the point of booking, but it may fall within 3 days either side dependent on our third-party courier’s availability.
We are not liable for any damage to the items once the courier has taken possession of the goods, however, should there be any damage, please contact us immediately so that we can come to a resolution.
Product/ Service Definition
Our main products are Christmas Trees. These are natural items which means they will all be unique, so any advertising or product images are just examples and are not exactly what you will receive.
The lifespan of your product will mostly be determined by how it is cared for once cut. We store any cut trees outdoors in the cold to prolong lifespan, but if the tree is sat in a warm indoor environment with no water, it will last a lot less than if away from direct heat with water as per our recommendation.
The stand sizes are an indication of the maximum tree size (in feet) that the stand can accommodate. We recommend always buying a stand for the size above your tree to ensure stability. If the stands fail and the trees fall for whatever reason, we accept no liability for anything that may have been damaged in the process (possessions, decorations, the tree etc.).
Any accessories (wreath, mistletoe, logs, kindling, stands) are supplied by third parties so we accept no responsibility for any of these products.
Privacy Policy
If participating in a one off transaction (buying and taking a tree on the same day), we may collect an email address (with your consent) for sending a receipt and later on marketing purposes.
If you are booking in a tree for collection, we will collect your name, phone number and ask if you’d like to provide your email address.
If you are booking in for a delivery, we will collect your name, phone number, delivery address and ask if you’d like to provide your email address.
The primary use of this data will be to confirm any booking details and get in contact to manage your booking. If you consent to providing your email address, we will send you an opt in/ out to receive marketing content relating to the farm.
We commit to protecting any collected data by storing it online in a protected account which is monitored daily.
The only people who will have access to your data are ourselves, any delivery company used to complete a transaction and our third party marketing team.
Content ownership and intellectual property rights
All content and images used by Warwickshire Christmas Tree Farm are either owned or we are permitted to use them. All owned and branded content (including but not limited to our logo, name, story, item library, tree pricing, events, gallery etc) are to remain in the company ownership only and not to be copied or reused by any other party unless agreed upon in writing with us.
Discount limitations
Only one discount is valid on any given transaction. This applies to all offers provided by Warwickshire Christmas Trees including the School Donation Project, Loyalty discounts, offers on buying 5 or more trees, and any others that may follow.
